I think people will do what they will regardless of what HQ says (as has always been the case). If anyone wants to buy or sell they can right this minute, there is no need to wait. HQ of DCI will do what they feel is best overall as all companies do, they will make mistakes and they will have victories, but rest assured they cannot please everyone.,,, B
