Well - here a real life example - SERVERS BUSY. I bought CMGI yesterday at the close - wanted to sell at the open. Could have gotten 108, it is at 106 right now. 1000 shares - you do the math.

I just got screwed. They're manually writing orders and "timestamping" them by hand.
