All statements and expressions are the opinions of content providers and/or external sources, and are not meant to be a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold securities.

StockMaker is not a registered investment advisor or a broker dealer. While it is our goal to locate and research equity investments in micro or small capitalization companies that have the potential for long-term appreciation, investments in the companies reviewed are considered to be high risk and use of the information provided is at the investor's sole risk. Purchase of such high-risk securities may result in loss of some or all of the investment. INVESTMENTS in the companies reviewed should be considered speculative and use of the information provided is at the investor's sole risk.

The information that StockMaker relies on is generally provided by the featured companies and also may include information from outside sources and interviews conducted by StockMaker. StockMaker believes all sources of the information to be reliable. StockMaker makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the information provided. Factual statements in this publication are made as of the date stated and are subject to change without notice. The receipt of this publication shall not create, explicitly or implacably, that there have been no changes in the affairs of the company profiled since the date of review. StockMaker may act as a consultant to the companies reviewed in this publication and may receive compensation from the company or its shareholders for promotional or public relations services, including web site development, to such companies in cash or stock. This compensation and any other consideration should be viewed by readers as a potential conflict of interest. The editor or the editor's affiliates, agents and/or family may have interests or positions in stock of the companies reviewed in this publication, some or all of which may have been acquired prior to the dissemination of this report, and may increase or decrease these positions at any time.

StockMaker Strongly recommends to its readers who are considering an investment in one of our recommended companies to read the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission on The Edgar Web site (www.sec.gov) and check with their own broker.

Investing in micro-cap securities is highly speculative and carries an extremely high degree of risk. It is possible that an investor's investment may be lost or impaired due to the speculative nature of the companies profiled.

somebody needs to tell the paid touts at stockmaker.com what's been happening to their client.

Their toutsheets at stockmaker.com don't mention anything about the SEC or a trading halt, and their bios still show Dunavant (the horse-shampoo con-man) listed as CEO/President.

Then again, I noticed that they are also still touting Coyote Sports (COYT) which was delisted from Nasdaq a few days ago. Take a look at its chart: finance.yahoo.com
