From the 10K...

The exercise price of the Series A warrants may be reduced at any time and from time to time at the discretion of the Board of Directors when it appears to be in the best interests of the Company to do so.

"may be reduced" I don't see any mention here of increase.

"may be reduced" I don't see any mention here of increase. I'm pretty sure the BOD is bound by this statement. At least common sense should tell them (and you) they are would be doing a lot more harm to the company to deal with this controversy as a legal issue than to go forward with what has been accomplished at this point.

You published many times that the best thing about this shell is the stock structure. Now you are tooting a different horn. When I saw warrants at $.50 I had to agree. This is a good deal for me and MIDL. Of course I figured my $.50 would be building fuel additive processing plants and making you and me wealthy.

Changing course in midstream has a tendancy to cause capsize.
