Yes, Amazon is buying the same sort of facilities that most major catalog distributors already have. In a few years they can be the biggest low-margin Internet "catalog" supplier on the net. In ten years that strategy should make the stock worth about half of the current valuation - that is if they are lucky and everything goes right.
