MRBA <<Started at neutral by chief underwriter.>> Tells you all you need to know.

MRBA was viewed as a second string version of “The Village” if I remember correctly (could be wrong here). Any stock who's chief underwriter rates at a neutral faces a possible uphill battle.

MUEI shows no current indications of being a takeover candidate that I can see. Just a dog.

MADGF: Under 5 bucks and I don't play that game. No opinion.

If you want to sock some money away on a possible inexpensive takeover look at IRID. HUGE investment...no payoff and 60 satellites waiting to be used. Could payoff big in 3 to 6 months.

MRBA - Good company. My guess is that you will be able to pick it up in the low 30's or 20's. Its still shaking out so I don't know when it will stabilize. I had IPO shares but sold 64. Ibbexx high on it and she is a sharp cookie for long term winners.
