The quote is most certainly appropos for and kind of military campaign. I am kinda fishing around in this thread because I'm not sure of the complete libertarian approach to world affairs. I particularlly like the quote from Cicero. It is appropriate for any government, and it is a shame that we have not been able to meet these requirements with any of our administrations.
