Jim, FWIW, it's not only the "clickers" that are upset...

I got lucky w/ HSAC b/c I just so happened to notice a flurry of activity on this thread (I have it bookmarked obviously) and went over to E-Trade and filed an IOI. That's the only IPO I ever got. I tried on one other (STRM) but was too late. Oh boy was I upset not to get some of that action, but I never called to whine about the clickers either.

I'm not a "clicker," I even stand to gain from E-Trade's decision to change to a lottery format, but I still don't think it's right! FCFS was fair, that's how most things in life are until the "whiners" yell loud enough.

james, IMO, the have nots will still be have nots with a 2 hour IPO window, it's in the odds. And I didn't complain to E*trade when I didn't get IVIL, PCLN, STRM, MMPT, etc.. I just worked harder to get some IPO's in the future. So I have no problem sharing with the have nots, in fact when I didn't get shares of an IPO, I wished those that did, good luck, instead of complaining to E*Trade.
