Kemble You forgot about the free 3 year onsite service Dell is offering in Japan for business customers, just introduced this not too long ago.I guess it wasn't newsworthy for CNBS.

<<Never never never never...Bet against Michael DELL>>

Kemble: I agree with you. Yet, I would like to hear from him more. We need to hear more about the impact of some of these new DELL initiatives...Right now MSD is doing much better with his venture capital investments (like KOOP) than the DELL investors are doing with their DELL investments.<GG>..

I know we need to be patient and you have outlined many potential new virtual integration GROWTH opportunities for DELL. I have high expectations for them. I believe that DELL will have a great future...in fact that's why it's still one of my top 3 holdings.

Lets look forward to some additional MAJOR new announcements from DELL in the next few months.

Best Regards,

Scott

<<< I am now 100% into Dell again.>>
Congratulations. Long term is great. I was running over 90% but could not hold it. 4 months of being threatened with margin calls
was enough for me. Could have held on pretty well to 6k margined shares but had enough with no end in sight to the bear talk.
Decided to sell enough to more than eliminate the margin.
Picked up some Eds, Qcom, Geoc which still leaves me about 70% in Dell. Also bought a few Dell calls to make up the shortfall.
I WOULD NOT HAVE SOLD A SINGLE SHARE OF DELL if not for the margin situation. Have kept all Dell calls and leaps and will
exercise the leaps when and if I get the chance to build up the
Dell shares again.
