When Gippy starts processing 8-10 opt out of that pile, the question will be where, exactly, did the Arizona Highway Dept take the rest of the pile? Will Arizona be known as the state where the streets are paved in gold?

Reminds me of a plan I saw long ago on the Internet,
a plan that ran 60 or 100 pages,
to build a modular floating constellation
slightly offshore, somewhere around Central America way,
which would be a new country, called Oceania.

The treatise talked about such things as the economic freedom,
freedom from taxation, and such, which would allow
it to thrive. All the old bullscata would be eliminated.

Flotation modules would be added for growth.
