Instead of a mouse, have you ever seen a Trackball?

I just bought an Kensington Orbit trackball for a friend; I'm in the business where I can buy wholesale & sell retail.

It is fantastic!
You don't need a pad.
Fits perfectly under your hand.
You can put it on your leg, sit back, relax, & still keep on <clicking>!
Easier on the wrist/arm muscles & strain.

Might check'em out... Better than I thought they'd be!

They DO cost a tad more also... but very nice...

Joe

I like the Kensington track ball...a 'fixed' pointing device with the ball about the size of a cue ball...

OT - Mouse - When I got my cable modem , the techie who came out cleaned lots of gunk out of my mouse . That might provide short term relief. Just a thought.
