You think INTC is going to announce such a move without having this quarter in the bag and more? No way. These guys have been CHEAP on the capex line and Barrett has said that 300mm was a community service project just a few months back. Now an install in early 2000. PRIA to $44 again. Everything on track for a nice summer but for Dr. Greenshades who is off the bench and is warming up. We can take a .25 basis move. What we can't take even in this sector is another preemptive rate tightening in succession party like the one we had in 1994. One of the hallmarks of the summer 1997 semi capex rally was a falling long bond yield.
