I talked to David today and this is what he told me, 1) site going to be up and running by tomorrow, original plans 10 june he said he could not confirm 100% because he had not talked to GoProfit in 1 week, he said that is why he had told everybody middle of June. So still good on the site I can't wait. 2) Float 5,2 mill 3) Some kind of Dividend 1 for 5 or 1 for 10 they are still looking at this 4) IPO will be filled with SEC hopefully by mid July 5)They have good cash for now 6)After everything is said and done with GoProfit DDEQ (or Dimonde) as he refferes to the company. will probably own 35% of Goprofit (that is after divided pay out) 7)The 18 million shares that this company in Bahama has can be sold now if they want to, they have been holding them for 4 years he says that they can sell if they want to but he says they are long time holders to get the most out of GoProfit like the rest of us. 8) The 18million shares where given to this company 4 years ago when the share price was at 0.01 and I guess they have made a kill on there shares. 9)No names yet on underwritters, but talking to alot of them 10) Looking at other internet companies but nothing to hot yet, it sounded like I really liked talking to David and he gave good answers to my questions. After talking to him I have bought share for all my extra money. The Saint
