I have been noticing that whenever the stock begins to move up nicely some huge blocks are sold. I think some fund like Fidelity Magellan is still unloading but trying to not drive the price down much further.

- I've seen it asked, why would they sell at these prices? My guess is they bought several years ago. They plan was to have a few percent of the fund in dell. Dell grew to a major position and their cost is maybe $5 / share. To them it's just time to rebalance the portfolio. To us its a hammer on the stock price with every attempted rally. They probably have 100 million shares or so to move and that's going to take time, but it will end, and demand is still strong when it does. I wish they would just get it over with.
