BALDWIN PARK, Calif., Jun 9, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
GlobalistInternet Technologies Inc. (www.globalist.net) Wednesday
announced the sale of its MyDiner.com Web site to Internet Business's
International Inc., of Las Vegas (OTC BB:IBUI), (www.inbusin.com).

The MyDiner.com site boasts one of the largest databases of restaurant
information on the Internet, currently listing 186,499 individual
restaurants by type of cuisine offered. The site allows rapid access by
Web site visitors who may choose to search for a restaurant by city,
type of cuisine served, credit cards accepted and some 20 other
criteria.

While the Web site is free to both user and restaurant, additional
services such as a map to the restaurant location, onsite display of
menus and display of restaurant attributes are available at extra cost.
The Web site derives income from the sale of such additional services.

Privately held Globalist Internet Technologies, established in 1996, is
a full service Web site design and Internet host provider, with
customers such as the cities of Burbank, Calif., Monrovia, Calif. and
Irwindale, Calif., as well as Notre Dame Academy, Small Farm Magazine
and more.

Internet Business's International is a developer and operator of
numerous Internet Web sites. The Delaware corporation is listed on the
OTC BB, trading under the symbol IBUI.
