if that's his opinion, then he hasn't a clue. Seek buy-out could fetch $90. go figure his opinion.

for one thing, Disney structured the original agreement so that SEEK would more than likely be forced to sell out completely to Disney. The guarantuan amount of advertisement that was forced on SEEK to purchase from Disney was Disney's trump card. But, SEEK made some singular agreements with Deutche Telecom et al which forced Disney's hand earlier than anticipated (my opnion - can't let little brother get too far ahead before they're unreachable). I bet it's all falling out relative to Disney's original plans, although unpublished.

I'm confused which stock is Cramer referring to regarding the above, SEEK or TSCM? Although I don't know about SEEK, however, the above qoute definately applies to TSCM.
