look at this: IFSX, profitable, only 2 million float, sitting at bottom, just got a buy rating. Compare to SIEB. Sieb has about 4 times as many shares out,

Of the 22.2 million SIEB shares only 900,000 shares are in the float. And you know what? SIEB may be added to the Russel 2000...
