So they have rented a project manager for 3-6 months. Big deal. By not naming the company the 100k is almost meaningless. Given TPI's operating overheads and assuming the best case that this is an employee and not a sub-contract. This adds 20K maybe to TPI's net revenue.

TPI does C/D's bigger than this.
