David I think the upgrades have got more to do with the additional revenue streams that will be gained through the addition of the new unified messaging subscribers as well as the roll out of broadband revenues. This will offset the losses caused by deregulation as well as the ever decreasing long distant rates due to IP telephony. Bell Atlantic has an agreement with AOL for high bandwidth delivery of Internet services as I recall. The telco landscape is changing at a rapid pace. Vendit
