Any one notice this before? My MusicCard Company (MMC, formerly Compact Connection, Inc.), a Delaware corporation, was incorporated on April 17, 1998, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSIG for the purpose of establishing an internet-based discount retail music CD and cassette tape business. -------------------------------------------------------------------- what does this part mean?>>(MMC, formerly Compact Connection, Inc.), < I thought there was no deal???whats up with that...?
