kcmike, I hope (but am not sure) that WIT is little bit relaxed in awarding secondaries to flippers. They are not in demand as IPOs.
People get 1000 if they ask for. WIT did not penalize flippers on BNBN and WIT as there were a ton of shares to give around.
You can get secondaries at a 5-15 % discount form the market. I intend to flip. If they do not give, no problem.

The only reason I am converting an IPO accounct to a non IPO by flipping is because I need to diversify, besides IPO and play big names like AOL, YHOO, ATHM. These have got relatively cheap now. As u know money is not infinite and u have to rotate. Especially with lottery u will not be guaranteed a good IPO like StarMedia.
