Bernard,so the company is more important to you than losing your ass on this stock? Shorting the box would have protected you,,who is advising your family in these matters? DD

Thank you Bernard. I'm going to go way out on a limb here on this conspiracy-laden thread and make the assumption that you are who you say you are. In making this assumption, I wish to also publicly thank you for taking making such a huge commitment to TSIG.

As you know, you are treading in shark-infested waters on this thread, and you will have to spend 24-7 defending yourself if you should choose to do so.

As we all know, this thread has gotten to the point where all identies are questioned, etc, ad nauseum. And of course, Ditch couldn't possibly understand an ETHICAL way of doing business. Rubs his fur the wrong way.

The assumption that you have made a huge mistake by NOT shorting TSIG is only correct if you don't believe in the ability of TSIG to succeed. You believe in the ability of TSIG to succeed, and you are an ethical businessman. You believe that any money made shorting is small-time, and only reduces your chances of HUGE price appreciation down the road. If I may put words in your mouth.

Thanks again,
Tom

Bernard, if in fact your family purchased the convertible debs, why on earth didn't they short the box to lock in profits?..It would have seemed like the prudent decision..TIA,DD
