Yes, no more foundry capacity in Taiwan - foundry fabs all filled up. A lot of these fab-less is not quite that. The ones that had been through the last upturn all have equity stakes and wafer allocations lined up. ESST e.g. has a stake in the old UMC foundry 2. ALSC is in USCC. SIII has stake in UMC foudnries 1 & 3. Same stuff for ALTR and XLNX and LSCC etc. etc.

Bt the way, TSMC maxed out in March and UMC maxed out in May. Only thing we don't know is how much of the wafer starts are DRAM starts and thus can be now turned from DRAMs to logic.
