Question: If you get a secondary, or an IPO for that matter, and you flip the first day for more than the offering price, do you need to send any money by settlement date?

You would have a net positive on the deal, so I wouldn't think so...

Then again, with Wit, can you even flip the first day? I guess you can't do it online, and it's nearly impossible to reach them on the phone...
