Oxford Knight Seeking Project Professionals - Announces Negotiations are
Underway for Additional Multi-Million Dollar Building Projects

GRAND ISLAND, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 1999--Oxford-Knight
International, Inc. (OTC BB - OKTI), through its President and CEO,
Paul Syracuse announced today that it is seeking interest from those
that provide architectural, REIT investing, and commercial lending
services for its most recently announced letter of intent project...to
build a $15 million, 33 acre retirement development featuring 153
single family units, a 200 bed Assisted Living Facility, and a 50-100
bed nursing home facility in September or October of this year,
pending regulatory approval from the State of New York. As previously
announced on June 3rd, this development, located in Tonawanda, New
York, will also feature a newly constructed pharmacy, dental office,
physicians office, and recreation center. Oxford Knight intends to
take this exact same concept nationwide. The project, once completed,
will provide Oxford Knight an initial influx of revenues from home
sales, but also cash flow in the form of rental fees for many years to
come from the Assisted Living Facility and Nursing Home.
In other corporate developments, Paul Syracuse, Oxford Knight's
President and CEO announced that the company is in negotiations to
develop additional building projects ranging in size from $20-$66
million in various parts of the U.S. The company will make these
developments public when deals are finalized.

& acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, business consulting, real estate
development, construction (residential and commercial), assisted
