Hi Daine, Regarding your question about the SHM and obtaining pertinent information, I would suggest that you demand the details of the lawsuit ( injunctive relief )filed against James L.Magruder on May 13, 1999. Or perhaps fcm should make a copy available to it's shareholders who attend the meeting. I also believe that fcm's 10Q filed 4/29/99 is in error. It states a lawsuit was filed on April 5, 1999 "to rescind an employment contract and to seek damages from a former terminated employee." Unless the lawsuit filed on April 5, 1999 referred to in the 10Q, was against a different employee than James L. Magruder, That filing is technically incorrect. In either case, you should definitely be made aware of the contents within that lawsuit. Best regards and good luck, Tom
