Not sure about the last "e" in EYESE. Looks like they also had/have some shareholder litigation probs.

Just bought a bit more @ 5 1/8. It's running. Will check into the 'E' but it looks like they are up to date in filings.

E stands for -E-xtension. They are late but have been granted a grace period by the Nasdaq. C stands for out of -C-ompliance, which means they just missed the deadline without asking for extra time.
