Well, Bress I do not recall saying anything about warrants except I was momoing them AND I showed those posts to the SEC. Now you want to blame me then fine ... I like this stock's structure but the warrants will have to be dealt with. PERIOD! And they will be either by management or shareholders. Plus according to the warrant prospectus, I do not even have to vote on it. The prospetus lays out what the BOD has the right to do in adjusting the warrant price. NOw you can be upset till you are blue in the face. Why don't you go get an attorney and raise cain at him about this? First thing he will ask you is if you read the prospectus of the warrants prior to buying. I did not even know what arbitrage was till it happened on this stock. :-) GB
