Dear Small Cap Forum readers, >>> SKIPING to NPEC related info now

The following research report is brought to you by Alex von Streeruwitz, a
partner and small cap analyst at BFN. He has led our research efforts on
LCSG and several other internet stocks we have presented. If you have
specific questions or comments, e-mail him at alexsvs@erols.com

When looking for internet businesses that offer great investment potential,
we have often tried to find companies with a core growth business that is
itself a value stock, coupled with a new or evolving subsidiary that is an
internet play. We've also focused on the pure internet plays which are a
somewhat more leveraged bet (more upside potential but riskier), but the
multiple business approach offers some sector diversification within one
security.

The company, The Ultimate Cigar Company (OTC BB: ULTC) (Soon to be renamed
UltimateDirect.com) recently acquired massive distribution channels for its
cigar business which by itself sells at only 1X sales with good margins.
More importantly, the company has acquired exclusive US distribution rights
for Web Access Card, potentially one of the most important e-marketing
developments since the banner ad. It combines the principles of prepaid
phone cards with e-commerce... A powerful combination. This report begins
with a description of the core business and then discusses the ingenious
internet play the company offers.

>>>IF YOU HAVE BEEN WATCHING THIS STOCK YOU KNOW THE WEB ACCESS CARD IS
NPEC!!! THIS WILL BE HUGE MORE NEWS THIS WEEK!!!

June 3 Ultimate Announces Web Access Cards

Web Access Cards are similar to prepaid phone cards in marketing and sales capability. Phone Cards represented 22.71% of in-store convenience store sales in 1997. It accounted for $638 million in sales according to The 1998 Industry Report Online from Convenience Store News.

Ultimate is leveraging its strength in the convenience store industry through its distribution and marketing capabilities. The Company recently announced the purchase of Can-Am International Investment Corporation, a marketing and distribution company distributing nationally in Canada to 70 convenience and grocery store chains. Can-Am sells product to over 3,000 stores. Can-Am's customers include 7-Eleven, Petro-Canada, Chevron and Esso. <<< IMMEDIATE MARKET PRESENCE IN CANADA!

Also, Ultimate is intending to distribute the Web Access Card through its alliance in the U.S. with ProductExpress.com (OTCBB:PCIG - news), a distribution company in Scottsdale, Arizona. ProductExpress.com has a distribution base of over 10,000 convenience stores in companies such as 7-Eleven, Mobile and Circle K.

"Convenience stores are a perfect location for reaching millions of potential users for online services,'' said Jensen. Total industry sales in the convenience store industry reached $156.2 billion in 1997 with a store-count of 95,700 stores according to Convenience Store News.

>>33% of the market within 6 months = 210 million in sales & millions of new customers… Sure beats any direct PR or television advertising! And far more cost effective!

Ultimate is completing negotiations with Metroplus Communications Technology, Inc. a subsidiary of NP Energy Corporation (OTCBB:NPEC - news) for a Web Access Card. The card for MetroPlus is based on IP Telephony -- phone-to-phone Internet calling.

>>IT IS NPEC that is leading & creating this IP Telephony opportunity. THIS WILL BE HUGE!

The Ultimate Cigar Company plans to change its name to Ultimate Direct.com. ULTC will continue with its cigar operations. ''We are going to expand and leverage our marketing capabilities. We think Ultimate Direct.com reflects our direction with the Internet based companies and our alliance with ProductExpress.com,'' Jensen said.

Looks like the vision & info re SI: HANDSHAKE reply is coming true
