Until the oil actually stops flowing, I'd take these reports with a grain of salt. As long as I've been following the sector, I've seen these threatened strikes, strike votes, 24 hour strikes, etc., almost every couple of months. Of course, I'm not on the ground there, and the thread does have a resident expert (or an expert resident) -- so you can always ask shust.
