Warrants have a $5.85 strike, they are pretty overvalued relative to stock. Gearing is 1.565 X and the delta is .92305 with the warrants trading 2.073 over strike. Not a bargain. If you must, buy the stock. We are short biased on this issue. Translated for Surge: We are short when it goes down and boxed when it goes up. How do we do this? Because we can see the ants marching along the highway and we have the best technicals on the street.

J Knight/Trimark Isn't In Formal Online Talks With Merrill

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (Dow Jones)--Knight/Trimark Group Inc. (NITE)
said it has had no conversations with Merrill Lynch & Co. (MER)
about a formal agreement to execute online trades.
As reported earlier Wednesday, the company's executive vice
president said at a conference he expects Merrill Lynch to use
the online brokerage's technology.
In a press release Wednesday, Knight/Trimark, a securities
broker, said it now executes a very small portion of Merrill Lynch's
trades.
As Merrill Lynch expands online operations, "we might get some
portion of their new business, but that's purely speculative,"
Knight/Trimark said.
Merrill Lynch announced June 1 it plans to unveil online trading
services in July.
