Mike, Roger is a director of a public company and he's an authority on insiders transactions. I'm trying to learn from Roger on the topic of "stock loans". Nothing was said about CUST. Take it easy Mike.

Regards,

Tom

From what I understand, stock that is purchased in the open market by insiders must have the stock cert's delivered to the owner marked RESTRICTED. This stock can not be held in street name. Thus, the owner can not sell or borrow against it until the RESTRICTION is lifted. In other words Sanchez can not sell legally yet.
