What are the short term risks both ways.

1- rev may be light. meaning no big increase from Q1.
2- bigger losses than expected. Very unlikely.
3- lower gross margins. Possible due to low utilization of new facilities.
4- unexpected drop in the cash position due to the new "investments". Very likely.
