I had planned to call ETrade after lunch today, but a small problem prevented me from doing so.

I think now I will wait until you hear from them and then I can jump in with both feet. Please let us know when you hear and I can repeat the threat of lawsuit/SEC to them and see what happens.

Wonder how many on the thread bought thru ETrade?????
