Gary is running a campaign to get P holders to vote to raise the exercise price of the Ws to 5 dollars. This will cost the W holders approximately 45 million dollars if they are ever able to exercise the warrants. The Warrants were originally purchased with the agreement that when the price of the common was sufficiently above the cost of exercising the warrants, the warrant holders could exercise them in exchange for common stock and the company would benefit from the exercise money. 4.5million that the warrant holders pay. Gary has now twisted that to justify his proposal for a raise in the exercise price. Which the W holders object to and he basically says tough shit.

Nice scam or at least nice try. Hard to believe after reading all his moralizing about DF over the last year, but there you have it.
