Look Brees you own warrants .... Arbitrage is being done through the warrants ... Arbitrage is being done through the P ....

Last year I was adamant against the P converting because of Arbtitrage and got into it with the arbitragers ... I own the P and a lot of it. Since the halt apparently took care of the arbitrage on the P because it would have converted last Oct all that is left is the warrants.

Now last year when the arbitrage was discovered by most of us we got a new found realization that there are legal trading tactics that people like La Jolla who happen to write the prospectus use to nail companies they did underwritings for. well Arbitrage is one of them.

As far as enemies go I have a ton and I do not worry about who dislikes me and who doesn't. I post what I KNOW the filings say and what I know a lot of the voting shareholders who own a honest invested interest in this Non trading stock opinions are.

Now you are NOT a shareholder if all you own is warrants. Sue whoever you want to because you own the warrants I do not care ... blame me ... That is what some did for 9 months anyway.

You what to consider me an enemy FINE I do nto care it is not going to change the fact that the warrants need to be addressed to stop the arbitrage.

Now you state their are a lot of avenues ... please share one that is better than raising the price of the warrants that would be non dilutive, and legal.

:-)
