CS: DON"T SELL!! You will throwing away a 50% gain within a month. CS is showing the exact same signs as FORE.. 1) They restated earnings regarding the SEC inquiry - just like FORE took all of their write-offs for obsolete products in the March QTR - If your gonna be bought restatements and writ-offs WILL occur because they are meaningless once aquired and 2) Benson resigned. IMO that was part of the deal in the negotiations - so we must be close - often times the roles of executives become sticking points in negotiations - this is a very bullish sign that a butout is eminenet
