Best I can tell, the Chart shows to be forming a STRONG BUY on JOES. By no means am I a reader of Charts but what little I do understand looks good for JOES at this price. As a Subscriber of The CHEAP Investor who placed JOES on the BUY recommendation for the June 1999 issue, I Took my first position in JOES today. If JOES performs as well as Bill Mathews other recommendations have, I be again VERY PLEASED... Perhaps there are those here who would like to view a FREE Copy of The CHEAP Investor.
