I was just informed that ABFG's fiscal year ends on June 30. That would mean if they file their Form 10 on time and get it approved by the SEC, their next filing would be a 10K which would be due by the end of September, and must be audited as well. Therefore, assuming no 8Ks are filed, we're potentially looking at quite some time before any glimpse at financial information pertaining to the newly acquired mines is released.

they can always release an S-8.

But as I pointed out days ago at RB, that was always an option. So why didn't they just file their damned Form 10, and deal with updated Material Events via 8K's?
