Don - Don't worry about o/s shares.

I know of an investor who was contemplating
investing a million in FNTN. The investor
decided not to because of 2 reasons:

1. Not fully reporting
2. The float was too small

The issuance of the additional 4.4 mil or
3 mil (whatever the case may be) shares is a small
price to pay in relation to the potential benefit
and increase in value to company.

The funds allocated to advertising and hiring new
sales personnel could easily generate an additional
500K to 1 mil of new revenues. Apply a reasonable
multiple to those revenues (say 10 or 15) and look
at the result:

A value increase of the company of 5 to 15 million,
at a cost of 3 to 4.4 million shares.

Doesn't look like that bad of a deal to me.

Regards,
CH
