SEC reporting in the works. I queried MHTX regarding reportable financials and received the following note from Mr. Maslow. The process has begun. To become an SEC reporting company we need to have audited numbers. The Tamarack Storage Devices Inc. division of our company did a fair amount of business in past years (with US GOVT., NIST, DARPA, etc.) and these back numbers must be audited. Also we need to audit the "new" activity, which is simple, because it began in January 1998. The process is simply to provide audited financials prepared by a CPA firm; doesn't have to be a Big 6 firm. Any CPA firm will qualify. Thanks for your interest in our work. =MARVIN MASLOW=
