Help! I have been asked for the source for a statement I attributed to Mr. Bramson to the effect that Ampex has no proprietary technology that will improve Internet video broadcasting. I am sure I remember such a statement, but after a review of recent press releases and the Chairman's letters I cannot find it. Does anyone remember this statement and/or know where to locate it?

Recent releases have had the phrase...TVontheWEB a strategic partner of Ampex...

At this point would it not be better, from Ampex's point of view, for releases to be saying: A subsidiary of Ampex?

The former gives those who are not in the know no reason to think of Ampex.
