Altris Software, Inc. Appointment of Mark Schneider as Interim Director of Engineering SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 11, 1999--Altris Software, Inc. (OTC BB:ALTS) announced today the appointment of Mark Schneider as interim Director of Engineering. Schneider replaces David Chu, who will be leaving his post as the company's Vice President of Engineering. Chu resigned his position for personal reasons and will shortly be joining an East Coast software company in a different industry. Schneider, who most recently served in the role of Development Group Leader in the company's engineering department, has been with the company for over fourteen years. Schneider has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the California State University, Northridge.
