Thanks, nice definition. People purchase Warrants and they are always above the current market price of the common stock, when you add in the exercise price. The payoff is holding them until the market price of the common stock goes sufficiently up to make exercising them a better deal than buying the common stock directly. When you exercise them you always get the common stuck under the current market price. That is how it works. That is the deal MIDL sold us. That is what we all agreed to including GaBard. He bought his Ps and Cs knowing about the Ws. If he didn't then it is his DD that he needs to worry about not mine.
