I, too, was a 3 pack a day moron....now smoke free 6 1/2 years.
Both wife and I quit cold turkey one day.....have not had a smoke since...not even one.
Hate 2nd hand smoke....Yuckooooooo!
And health and finances are much better, too.
Ever figure how many dollars go up in smoke on a yearly basis? Astronomical..........!!!!
