Yes Tom,,of course, my opinion only(but they are contractually bound to convert,per the placement agreement),,look at all the other previous registrations..Of course shareholders will have to approve an increase in the authorized,,but that,IMO is only a formality(heck the PP holders must damn near control the vote,,but there is 8 of'em)..DD
