This sounds very, very good... ...almost too good. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I like to think in simple terms: Intel is getting the ball rolling with this new process, and this process will require all new machines, and Cymer has the pseudo-monopoly on the lasers for these machines..right? Am I missing something or should I put money into CYMI and hold for 2 years? Is this too simplistic? Can this process be caried out without CYMI's lasers? Alex
