Hockeyfan, Gotta Give Goprofit a bit of a track record also so investors can see the potential they are buying into which hopefully will be great in order to enhance the IPO!! So, a few months operating time to break in GoProfits before the spin off and if it lives up to its potential, will make one heck-of-a IPO!! Chuckr

<< Hopefully the internet market is alive and kicking again by then.>> Can't answer that, but I can tell you that I wish I had bought EBAY when it IPO'd back in October of last year. A lot of people thought the internet market was dead back then too. Crazy market. DDEQ seems to be forming a base in this area. A good sign. Maybe this is the bottom??

To be very honest and I did talk to David, about that. (it sound like I am best pals with this david guy but it was the first time I called him today) I told him why not wait with the IPO until the site had been up for a while so people could see the full potential of the site. He said two things 1) Ya, that was kind of what he thought 2) He had hear of IPO where the the site was not even build yet The SAINT I don't know how to take this but I don't think IPO will before early fall (My opinion)
