<OT VENT HOTLINE> Online Brokers, now you found my soap box! Ameritrade can take 15 minutes to get in touch with if the market is busy. The problem is not how long it takes once they have the order, it is placing the order at all. Sometimes I start on the web site, call the broker line with a 2nd phone, and try the touch tone order system with the 3rd line. If we had a 4th line in the house I'd start that also. I have seen $8,000 leave my account and I could not place an order in any of the three ways. Luckily I'm a gazillionaire and only do this as a hobby and because I like hanging out with the modern day version of fighter jocks: THE DAY TRADER <ggg>. MD
