The CCSI stock fraud announces another non-event.

If this is the "deal" you were hoping for Jany, then you have very low standards indeed.

Interesting, a real company, with a website and everything.

us.datex-ohmeda.com

It will be interesting to see the financial breakdown in coming quarters to see how much CCSI is going to make after the manufacturer and distributor take their cuts. This is the news you have been waiting for Jane, I hope you take some profits here. The news won't get much better for a while as they attempt to achieve market penetration.

Good luck.

Ohmeda Medical......

is a world leader in a wide variety of infant care, pediatric and suction and oxygen therapy products and services. It is responsible for many of this century's major advances in neonatal thermoregulation equipment.

A recognized presence in the industry for well over 50 years, Ohmeda's equipment is used in operating rooms and post-anesthesia care units, emergency departments, and in intensive, neonatal and cardiac care units throughout the world. The company has a long and positive heritage under the Ohio Medical Products and Armstrong banners. It is a name with broad recognition and a sound service reputation in hospital environments around the world.

Ohmeda Medical's products include non-invasive patient monitors, pulse
oximetry and suction and oxygen therapy systems, and neonatal intensive care products, including incubators, radiant warmers and phototherapy systems. In addition to a seasoned institutional Infant Care product sales and training force, Ohmeda operates the Alternate Care Group, a Louisville, CO-based homecare sales and distribution system with a field sales force of 75 exclusively focused on the homecare market. In March, 1998, Ohmeda entered into a two year sole source supplier agreement to provide pulse oximeters and infant phototherapy devices to Apria Healthcare Group Inc., one of the nations largest home health care companies.

Hello Janybird:
Thanks for the news on the distribution agreement. Any further word on what are the minimums? It struck me as odd that they will be distributing to home, retail, and hospital healthcare. That covers just about anything. Any word on how many Ohmeda salesmen are in this division and what their motivation will be to push this device? I'm looking for either strong incentives, which will prove the market shortly in the next quarter, or if this is a limp-wristed come along it could take the better part of a year for CCSI to make many explanations as to why there is insufficient activity to report.
Best regards,
m
